Ignite Change & Lead Economic Reconciliation
We're so glad you've found us - Welcome!
Please register to join us at the first symposium of its kind in Edmonton.
Together, we will identify local economic challenges, learn from promising examples of reconciliation in action, and leave with commitments to take targeted next steps in this important journey.
Our goal is to create a meaningful and engaging experience for all attendees.
Your active participation is essential for making this symposium a success and for ensuring that the knowledge shared here can be taken back to your communities to foster positive change.
Thank you for your commitment to making this symposium a meaningful and impactful experience for all.

● Knowledge Area: For those who may prefer a less interactive setting, we offer a Knowledge Area. This space provides an alternative opportunity for learning and reflection, ensuring everyone has access to valuable information in a comfortable environment.
● Respectful Dialogue: Engage in respectful and open-minded dialogue. Listen to others' perspectives and share your own experiences and ideas constructively.
Respect for All Attendees
● Cultural Sensitivity: Respect the diverse cultural backgrounds of all participants. Be mindful of cultural practices and show respect for the traditions and protocols of Indigenous communities.
● Inclusive Environment: Help create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and heard. Support your fellow attendees in their learning journey.
Reconcili-Action Plan (RAP) Development
During the symposium, you will learn how to create a Reconcili-Action Plan (RAP), a crucial tool for translating the day's learnings into actionable steps within your organization. We will provide you with a RAP template and detailed instructions, with the goal of having you complete your organization's plan by the end of the event. This completed plan will serve as a valuable roadmap for implementing reconciliation initiatives in your organization.
