Shelly Mandeville
Shelly Mandeville is an Indigenous entrepreneur, consultant, and advocate with extensive experience in business development, finance, and strategic planning. As Principal Partner of In Synch Consulting Inc., Shelly has led initiatives supporting economic growth, particularly for Indigenous businesses and communities. Her expertise includes corporate finance, policy, and organizational leadership.

Shelly also serves as CEO of a manufacturing company she founded over a decade ago, successfully leading in a traditionally male-dominated field. Her work has earned her multiple awards, including the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business Indigenous Women in Leadership Award.

Her credentials include a Bachelor of Management (with distinction) from the University of Lethbridge, and designations as a Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) and Professional Aboriginal Economic Developer (PAED). Currently, Shelly is pursuing a third designation at the Rotman School of Executive Business.

Shelly serves on boards such as the Métis Dene Development Corporation and was formerly Chairwoman of Apeetogosan Métis Development Inc. She is a passionate advocate for Indigenous economic development and actively contributes to initiatives that support Indigenous entrepreneurship and economic inclusion.
