Dolores Patterson

Dolores is a member of the Métis Nation of Alberta with family roots in the Lac Ste Anne area.

She is a values- driven professional with over 20 years of experience empowering others and creating impactful connections to enhance wellbeing and prosperity for those she serves, and she is on a journey to connect more deeply with her Indigenous culture and heritage.

In her role with the Indigenous Career Centre at NorQuest College, Dolores works across multiple industries to develop meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for indigenous job seekers. Dolores has a long history of interest-holder engagement and social purpose work in settings including post- secondary, small business and community based non- profits.

 

She loves all season camping and considers being inside her tent with her husband and two kids to be her happy place.
